As far you second statement of not finding in Bible a call for killing the non believers. One suggestion, you don't need Bible you just open your history books which are covered with the blood of innocents from around the globe., whether it is North America, South America, Africa, Asia as well in modern history of Europe, don't forget Holocaust...
